The Career Development Centre (CDC) at the University of Kurdistan Hewlêr (UKH) organised two sessions on Time Management for students of different study programmes on Tuesday, 10 January, and Wednesday, 11 January.
Attendees were able to:
- Develop their potential and recognise their strengths to achieve success with less fatigue and a lower level of stress
- Reduce stress by thinking positively and constructively.
- Better organise daily tasks
