President of the University of Kurdistan Hewlêr (UKH) Professor Keith Sharp received a delegation from the International Organization for Migration (IOM) headed by Dr. Guglielmo Schinina – Head of the Global Section for Mental Health, Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) and Intercultural Communication.
Both sides discussed areas of collaboration and mutual cooperation. A memorandum of understanding was signed for a subject titled ‘Migration and Displacement from a Psychosocial Perspective’ to be taught to UKH students of the School of Social Sciences (SSS) students in the coming semester.
UKH-SSS is home to a cohesive team of international faculty members with strong academic credentials and extensive experience.
The school offers a variety of study programmes within Politics and International Relations and English Language Departments at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
