On 18 June 2023, UKH organised a closing ceremony to celebrate the achievements of 18 staff and officers from the Ministry of Peshmerga Affairs (MOPA) for the 100-hour long English language course they had at UKH.
This is the second year in a row that UKH partners with the Consulate General of the United Kingdom in Erbil (UKCG), to deliver English language courses and training to staff and officers from MOPA.
UKH President Prof. Dr. Keith Sharp, Vice President Prof. Dr. Dana Mawlood, Wing Commander Morgan Williams OBE, Defense Advisor at UKCG and General Nabaz Salah participated in the ceremony.
