A team from the University of Kurdistan Hewlêr (UKH) visited the Erbil Governorate and met with Mr. Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, with the aim of strengthening ties and expanding avenues for collaboration. The delegation was headed by Dr. Zana Ibrahim, Interim President of UKH.
During the visit, Dr. Zana Ibrahim underscored UKH’s commitment to delivering high-quality and internationally recognised education that equips graduates with the knowledge, skills, and leadership traits needed to serve the community. He shed light on the University’s dedication to advancing academic excellence, research, and innovation in support of regional development. In turn, Mr. Omed Khoshnaw expressed much appreciation for the University’s pivotal role in enhancing higher education standards and fostering human capital, and he reaffirmed the Governorate’s support for UKH’s mission and initiatives.
