Course Objectives: This course aims to:

• To understand the principles associated with effective project management and the application of these principles.
• Applies the PM processes to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects and coordinate all the elements of the project.
• To initiate a project plan, manage both stakeholders and relationships, organize teams, develop a project charter, and build a business case for a project.
• Enhance Computer Proficiency: This course provides comprehensive training on fundamental computer skills.
• Build Cybersecurity Awareness: This course educates participants about best practices for online safety, data protection, and recognizing and mitigating potential risks.
• Develop Collaboration and Online Teamwork Skills: This course includes training on online teamwork, providing participants with the knowledge and tools to collaborate effectively in virtual environments.
• Build Awareness of Emerging Technologies: Technology is constantly evolving, and staying up-to-date with emerging trends is crucial.

Course Outcomes: At the end of the course, the participants should be able to:

• Use computers and devices to carry out essential everyday tasks.
• Use the internet to find, evaluate, and use information.
• Create and present documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Protect their computer systems and data from security threats.
