Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq – 15 June 2026
The University of Kurdistan Hewlêr (UKH) welcomed a delegation from the Spanish representation in Erbil, affiliated with the Embassy of the Kingdom of Spain in Iraq. The delegation met with UKH President Dr. Zana Ibrahim, alongside other representatives from UKH.
The visit aimed to explore opportunities for academic cooperation and to strengthen institutional links between UKH and universities in Spain, with discussions focusing on potential student and staff exchanges, as well as joint academic and research initiatives.
