On December 12, 2024, The Dean of UKH School of Medicine (SOM), Dr. Teshk Nouri Shawis delivered a keynote lecture titled “Bidirectional Relation between Sarcopenia and Diabetes” in an international conference in INTI International University in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The conference, co-organised by UKH, was attended by 400 participants from different parts of the world, face to face and online.
During the conference, Prof. Shawis discussed potential collaboration agreements between UKH and INTI International University, especially for fifth year medical students. The collaboration will be mainly focusing on an additional module with the Health Faculty of INTI university on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
