Senior Lecturer in Business Management/Business Administration
Introduction
Kamal Eldik is a Senior Lecturer at the UKH School of Management and Economics (SME). He has over 30 years of industry and higher education experiences in the USA and Lebanon. He held the position of Senior Lecturer in both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the fields of Finance, Accounting, Management and International Business with the American Intercontinental University (USA), Florida Metropolitan University (USA), the University of Phoenix (USA), and most recently with the Modern University for Business & Science (Lebanon). Throughout his academic career, Kamal supervised numerous undergraduate and graduate theses, work-based projects and business plans related to his fields of expertise. He has also been a major contributor to the European Tempus, Erasmus, Eramus+, and MORALE projects in the MENA region where he has developed curricula enhancement strategies and several courses in the areas of fundraising, soft skills and ethics, and has conducted training and training replication programmes for the participating universities in the MENA region in connection with these projects. In the industry, Kamal held the positions of Accounting Manager and Director of Financial Aid & Accounting for the University of Phoenix and The American InterContinental university, respectively. He is proficient in English, French and Arabic languages.

Research
Kamal’s research interest includes foreign currency exchange markets (FOREX), knowledge management, agile project methodologies and leadership, and motivation theories across cultures. Kamal has published research papers in conference proceedings.
