Theme: Quality of Medical Education at the Service of the Local Population
The School of Medicine (SOM) at the University of Kurdistan Hewlêr (UKH) is delighted to announce the 4th Medical Kurdistan Conference, to be held on 11th, 12th, and 13th February 2026 at the Rotana Hotel in Erbil, the historic city of peace and coexistence.
Following the success of the previous three annual conferences, this year’s edition continues to build on that legacy, focusing on strengthening the link between medical education and the needs of the local community.
The conference will serve as a platform to:
- Present new medical research and innovative technologies
- Host expert talks on public health, medical education, and clinical care
- Foster connections between local and international professionals
- Celebrate the progress of Kurdistan’s medical community
The event welcomes:
Doctors, surgeons, healthcare professionals, medical students and educators, public health leaders, policymakers, NGOs, innovators, and representatives from the pharmaceutical and commercial industries.
We invite all interested participants to submit their work for presentations, workshops, and poster sessions. This is a valuable opportunity to share ideas, inspire collaboration, and contribute to improving healthcare and medical education across Kurdistan.
