The Department of English, in collaboration with the Media Department at the University of Kurdistan Hewlêr (UKH), organised the Creative Visual Communication Workshop for students from the Department of English Language and the Digital Media programme.
The workshop combined theoretical and practical sessions, providing students with the opportunity to develop their photography techniques while learning how to tell compelling stories through photographs.
Participants gained hands-on experience in using photography as a storytelling tool and explored the powerful role of media in documenting and communicating events through impactful visual content.
The workshop reflects UKH’s commitment to equipping students with practical skills, fostering creativity, and preparing graduates to communicate effectively in today’s rapidly evolving media landscape.
