Zina is a Teaching Assistant in the School of Management and Economics (SoME) at the University of Kurdistan Hewler (UKH). She joined the SoME in September 2023. Before joining UKH, Zina worked as the Head of English Department and a Lecturer of Business Administration at Kurdistan Capital Institute (KCI). She has 10 years of experience of teaching and professional training in strategic management, human resource management, marketing, and English language in vocational institutions. She has a passion for teaching and facilitating an inclusive and interactive learning environment where students are able to play the role of active learners.

Research
Zina's area of research interest includes marketing, human resource management, work motivation, job performance, and the field of education. As part of her career progression, she is currently pursuing a degree in Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in the School of Management and Economics (SME), the University of Kurdistan Hewlêr (UKH).
