Introduction
Dr. Soumaya Mounir Kaakour is an experienced academic professional specializing in business administration, with a focus on banking and finance. She has over a decade of teaching experience across various levels, including undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Her expertise spans management, risk management, strategic marketing, entrepreneurship, and business ethics. As a supervisor, she has guided several Master’s students in marketing and financial management.
Dr. Kaakour is an active researcher with publications in international journals, focusing on e-learning, online purchasing behaviors, and adoption of emerging technologies like AI and cryptocurrency. She has also presented at international conferences, contributing to discussions on innovation and education in the Middle East.
Beyond academia, Dr. Kaakour has significant professional experience in banking, customer relations, marketing, and e-payment solutions with Credit Libanais SAL.
