Rubar Hassan Dizayee

Overview
Rubar Dizayee holds a BSc. degree in Geology from Salahaddin University. After earning her BSc. in 2010, she worked as a demonstrator (teaching laboratory classes) at the Geology Department in Salahaddin University. Afterwards, she received Fulbright scholarship to do a Master of Science degree in the United States. She successfully earned MSc. in Hydrogeology at Texas Christian University in 2014, after which she returned to the Department of Geology – Salahaddin University to work as assistant lecturer until September 2016 when she joined the University of Kurdistan’s Department of Natural Resources Engineering and Management.
Rubar’s research interest encompasses areas of natural resource management, particularly the role of mismanagement and overexploitation of ground water resources on resource sustainability and local residents.
