Roopal is an Assistant Professor at the UKH School of Management and Economics (SME). She has 16 years of experience of working in the higher education sectors in South Asia, Middle East and Africa, teaching in both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. She has rendered services to eminent institutions in various capacities, namely, Head of Entrepreneurship Department, Head of Marketing Department, Head of Examination, Member of Disciplinary Committee, Member of Faculty Council and so on. Roopal has also mentored students, and supervised numerous UG and PG theses and projects.

Roopal has keen research interest in Human Resource Management, Performance management, Quantum Cognition and Strategic Management. She has authored a number of research papers and published in professional journals.
