Introduction
Dr. Mehabad S. Ali is a PTE Assistant Professor of Business and Management at the University of Kurdistan Hewlêr (UKH). She holds a PhD in Business and Management from the University of Brighton, UK, specializing in Organizational Behavior.
Dr. Ali has over ten years of academic experience in both the UK and the Kurdistan Region, teaching across postgraduate and undergraduate levels. She has delivered a wide range of courses in Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting and Finance, Business and Economics, Research Methods, and Management Information Systems, with a focus on linking theory to real-world organizational practice
Her research focuses on Leadership and Management Styles, Employee Motivation and Engagement, Organisational Culture and Climate, Decision Making, and Organisational Change, and she has published several papers in these areas.
She has supervised numerous MSc, MA, and EMBA dissertations, served on more than twenty-five postgraduate examination committees, and conducted training programs for university staff, private companies, and international NGOs. With over fifteen years of combined public and private sector experience, Dr. Ali has strong expertise in strategic planning, project management, and organizational development.

Also, serve as a reviewer for academic journals in the field of business and management studies.
