Diyar is a Lecturer of Business and Management and Economics in the School of Management and Economics (SME). He has expertise in teaching Entrepreneurship, International Business, Organizational Development, Leadership and Change Management, and modules in the cognate areas. He has recently defended his PhD thesis and now waiting for the formal award, subject to successful corrections and resubmission of his thesis.

Research
Diyar has keen research interests in entrepreneurship, international business, and leadership. So far, he has published three research papers in KRI-based recognized journals and recently presented a paper in in an international conference.
