US Education: Study in the USA

April 29, 2018 American Corner in collaboration with US Consulate Erbil held a seminar entitled 'US Education: Study in the USA'. It was a round table discussion regarding studying in the USA. Tavon introduced himself and highlighted his experience in handling international student applications to study in USA. He explained the structure of tertiary education with the focus on post-graduate studies, shared the admission cycle, application process and best practices on admission procedures. He also explained how to state the research objectives, the importance of English Language proficiency, and other tests that are required for selected field of studies. The session ended with Q&A session.
