On the 4th day of the IWD program, Wednesday March 7, 2018 ACE investigated the theme of gender parity by screening the documentary "The big Flip?", which explores the hidden struggles and triumphs of families who have "flipped" traditional gender roles. This was followed by panel discussion on the same topic with Sazan Mandalawi, Sahar Sarsam and James Bowkett, and shared their perspectives on the topic. Alongside a presentation from Hemin Mirkan on recent research undertaken here in Kurdistan They talked about the importance of balance roles between husband and wife to manage the household and prosper in their respective careers.
