The session welcomed two distinguished guests Pro. Dr. Dana Mawlood the Vice President of the University of Kurdistan Hewler and Prof. Dr. Abdulkarim Karim, the Dean of the College of Science. Both encouraged students to attend such programs that improve their English language skills and acknowledged the efforts of American Corner Erbil in managing the program.
Better Understanding of the English Language is a new program launched at the American Corner Erbil as part of promoting the English Language. The program focuses on the solid foundation skills which all English learners need to care about. The first session of theme two started with reading a text and discussing the usage of vocabulary. Ms Hanar, a senior student at the University of Kurdistan Hewler - English Department, tutored the theme.
