A seminar on TOEFL Tips and Techniques was held at the American Corner Erbil on September 10,2017.the presenter started the seminar with a brief introduction about TOEFL and its history. He focused on the points that everyone needs to consider when choosing the best answer in the exam and illustrated this with examples. He gave some tips and techniques across a range of issues, followed by a question and answer session in the end.
