Can’t Hurt Me by David Goggins was the selected book for attendees this session. They had a discussion to share their ideas with partners on the book. Then they discussed the takeaways from reading the book such as, how mental boundaries can be moved and enlarged; pain and suffering can be welcomed and embarrassed; the method of exercising discipline and persistence that help you achieve just about what you have. The session was facilitated by Zubaida and Rawa and their guest speaker.
