'The Leader Eats Last' by Simon Sinek was the selected book to discuss in this session of Book Club. Participants discussed how the leadership process focuses on caring people rather than increase the quantities. Also, discussed was that leadership is about people and for the people, who in turn will take care of the numbers. #BookClub focuses on the self-help and motivational books.
