Stress levels and how these can be managed

On Monday, January 13, 2019, An outstanding session discussing personal stress levels and how these can be managed was delivered by Ms Anne Lepelaars, Mental Health Adviser from Seed Foundation. She focused on the definition of stress feelings, self-control and management techniques to help de-stress, and about mental health awareness. The four elements of stress management, some meditations, and psychotherapy exercises were tried.
