Third Wave of Democratization is a concept designed by a renowned American scholar the late Prof. Samuel P. Huntington. Dr. Andrés de Castro García from UKH discussed the Spanish Constitution using this theoretical framework highlighting the evolution of Spanish politics from the military dictatorship of 1936/9 –1975 to Spanish Constitution Referendum in 1978 and the situation now.
