Solar Energy and Clean Air Workshop

On May 5 2017, a workshop on solar energy and clean air was held. The presenter, Dr. Wrya Monnet, explained how solar energy is captured for use and gave examples of the amount of energy necessary to heat the average home. He demonstrated an innovative use of solar energy can be used to melt plastic to supply 3-D printing material. This material can be re-purposed into useful household objects.
