Admission Requirements

  • High school average 60% or more and summation of marks for Physics, Math ≥ 120.
  • English Language Proficiency: 45 in PTE – 5.5 in IELTS -64 in TOEFL iBT or 95 Duolingo.
  • Equalised transcript is required for students who have graduated from international institutions.
  • Note! Applicants dismissed for any reason from any university, school or college will not be considered.

  • Application Form: Online application form is required.
  • Official Transcripts: Provide a copy of your undergraduate transcript with your application.
  • Letters of Recommendation: Two recommendation letters are required to be submitted with your application, preferably one of which will be from a university academic.
  • A copy of your CV.
  • A copy of your passport/ID.

The BSc-GDMD modules list includes English, Problem Solving Techniques, Principles of Computer Systems, Engineering Mathematics, Digital Logic and Electronics, Procedural Programming and Linear Algebra, Media Design, Data Structures and Algorithms, OOP, Database Systems, Operating Systems, Computer Graphics, Public Speaking and Engagement, Software Engineering, Mobile Game Development, Game Design, Web Design, Computer Architecture and Organisation, Virtual and Augmented Reality for Games, Frontend Web Development, Digital Image Processing, Human Computer Interaction and Engineering Analysis, Computer Communications and Networks, Digital Video Production, Parallel Programming, Unreal Engine, 3D Modelling and Animation, AI for Gaming, and Final Year Project.

Skills Development

The BSc-GDMD programme will provide students with a strong foundation in computer science and software engineering principles and develop students’ skills in game design, game mechanics, and interactive storytelling. It will also foster hands-on experience through team-based game and design projects and industry collaborations and encourage innovation and research in emerging game technologies, such as virtual and augmented reality. The programme will prepare students for successful careers in the game development and media design industry, academia, and related fields.
