How to Register for University Clinical Aptitude Test (UCAT)

Background Information: 

The University Clinical Aptitude Test (UCAT) is an admissions test used for medical degree programmes. It is a computer-based test delivered in Pearson VUE test centres worldwide. 

Applicants for the MBBS Programme in the School of Medicine (SoM) are required to fulfill a UCAT exam administered at UKH in September 2021. 

Some useful information regarding UCAT: 

Tests: Verbal Reasoning, Decision Making, Quantitative Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, Situational Judgement.

Test Length: 2 hours 

Fees: £120; paid directly to Pearson online.

Test Venue: UKH Main Campus 

Test Available Dates: 1 to 25 September 2021 

Valid Passport is required. 

Applicant submits the following: (Deadline for Applications to SoM is 1 September 2021). 

1.      Completed Application Form - online

2.      Unofficial Transcript – with average of 90% and above; 80% and above in Chemistry, Phyics, Bioology. Students graduating from International schools or schools abroad need to submit an Equalized Transcript from the Ministry of Higher Education.

3.      Scanned copy of Valid Passport (expired Passports are not accepted)

4.      1 Passport Size Photo

5.      English Requirement : Versant (conditional offer only), PTE, IELTS, TOEFL



UCAT Clearance is given to applicants who fulfill all preliminary eligibility criteria (GPA, required average for Chemistry, Physics and Biology, English language requirements).


Applicants should request for the UCAT CLEARANCE from UKH Registry.
