UKH Commemorates Mohammed Hama-Ali in Memorial Service

On Thursday, UKH Staff including friends and colleagues held a memorial service on the occasion of passing 40 days from the tragic death of Mohammed Hama-Ali Mohammed, an UKH alumnus and staff. He died from a car accident.

Vice Chancellor Mohammed Mochtar who attended the memorial said that it was a sad day for him in particular. He said he still remembers the then fresh graduate who wanted to continue with the university as a staff member.

“I was more than happy to employ him as our staff,” the Vice Chancellor said, adding that Mr Mohammed was very dedicated to his job and colleagues.

His friends and colleagues also shared some words with the mourners. They said he was friendly and kind.

Mr Mohammed was working in the Registry and Admission Department.
