Chancellor, all the University of Kurdistan Hewler staff and students are
deeply saddened by the untimely pass away of the late Dlovan Barzani, the
brother of his excellency Prime Minister and our University Chancellor Mr.
Nechirvan Barzani. We express our deepest condolences to his family and
