Dr Samer is a scientist in Vetinerary medicine and a very accomplished specialist in the field of public health, animal welfare, Iraq wide projects for USAID and has a leading clinic in Erbil where he practices veterinary surgery and medicine for both agricultural and domestic animals. One of his specialisms is animal psychology and can answer the question why your cat is a compulsive obsessive. He has many significant projects contributing to the development of Kurdistan. His scientific research and academic qualifications were gained in new Zealand. Originally from Baghdad, Dr Samer is now dedicated to this field of work in Kurdistan.
