These weekly workshops are for sessional holistic creative workshops to work with the students, supporting and raising self-esteem, self-awareness, self-worth, motivation, and confidence. Using the holistic approach to wellbeing means we can try to cover all the areas of need.
All materials will be provided.
The following sessions will be once a week on a Tuesday 8:30 am -9:30 am and 12:00 pm-13:00 pm students can quietly leave early for class. The meditation class will gather the student’s thoughts and emotions by sitting and listening to music, stretching and breathing exercises will be taught. Staff are welcome to join this class too.
