Soz Ziad who was the SUSI Women Leadership Alumna discussed her application process and the experience she received during the program.

The five-week program of the institutes will consist of a balanced series of seminar discussions, readings, group presentations, and lectures. The coursework and classroom activities will be complemented by educational travel, site visits, leadership, diversity issues, and environmental activities, and volunteer opportunities within the local community

The Study of the United States Institutes (SUSI) programs for young people which is covering the following themes:

- Enhancing their leadership skills

- Religious diversity and democracy

- Environment and climate change
