Next Phase is a series of weekly dialogue sessions for IYLEP alumni for the purpose of exchanging ideas. The third session, held on 4th of May 2017, was a discussion of paradigm shifts as described in the book, “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen R. Covey.
